this was about to happen one way or the other, since US has shown where it’s priorities lie in the last few days (and years) they are getting ready to protect themselves. A strategic move and one that can have more implications than visible
If this prevents Saudi Arabia from getting nukes of its own, which has been speculated for years, than I dont think it is a bad thing.
