Kann mir jemand helfen, ich bin der Besitzer der Wohnung, die ich gekauft habe, aber ich merkte nicht, dass meine Fenster verschlossen sind.
Wie löste ich diese Typen frei, ich habe die Schrauben bereits entfernt, aber es wird sich einfach nicht rühren.

This is the hinge (’scharnier‘). I think it won’t be locked here. Is there a lever or lock somewhere (deurklink / slot / …)?
Or do you think it blocks on this hinge? If yes, why do you think that?
Edit: what exactly do you mean with locked? Do you try to open the window, or to remove it?
