The whole footage just got released, it is about 6 minutes long and he talks incredibly strange. Not normal for a young Gen-Z teenager. Says „right-most lane“ like 5 times

Odd this feels like it was released specifically to debunk the claims of odd language in the text exchange. Which then forces me to ask myself, would you sound similar talking to a police officer compared to a text exchange with your lover?

Using the word vehicle when describing a traffic accident to a cop isn’t the same as using it in a text message.
Like if I’m talking to a cop even after a fender bender, I am going to be as professional and erudite as I can muster because I assume their report is going to have weight.
I had some lady not looking turn right into me while I was at a stop sign in a residential neighborhood, then drive a bit away to her house, then when the cops showed up her neighbor who saw the accident came out straight up lying like „These people always drive through the neighborhood and never stop!“ or something implying I was at fault.
I was hyper-professional with the cop, talking nothing like I do casually, despite being a spikey haired punk rocker because I wanted him to take my side of the story seriously, he did, looked all over the scene and determined she must have been at least in the middle of the street (she was practically on my side of the road in reality) to collide with me and was obviously at fault even if I had not been stopped.
If the cop had decided not to do his due diligence then the only witness would have been her neighbor who was lying for her, and for all I know the woman would have cooked up fake neck injuries and shit and sued me.
