**Submission Statement**
On September 18, 2025, the United States and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland began working under a Memorandum of Understanding launching the Technology Prosperity Deal. This partnership strengthens cooperation in artificial intelligence, civil nuclear energy, fusion, quantum technologies, 6G, cybersecurity, and research security.
