Here is the government’s announcement. The bill will be available once it’s ready in the HoC later today.
I hope it will have some mechanism against a redefinition of constitutes hate. Imagine having our own Trump regime – don’t be naive, it could happen – that could turn against trans people or critics of the government or some other group that they don’t agree with.
