Fuck that bitch. Saying something like that should be an automatic removal from office.

The purpose of the first amendment is to allow people to speak truth to avoid tyranny. It was never to protect lies to usher in tyranny, but that’s closer to what is happening.
Whatever we have currently is aiding and abetting an authoritarian takeover of the US. We’ve got to figure out how to deal with the tolerance paradox here.

The right to freedom of speech, the right to peacefully protest and the right to hold power accountable through satire are all hallmarks of a healthy and robust democracy. To dismantle these rights is to dismantle democracy itself

Wyoming only has half a million people living in it. It would only take a small incentive program from CA to encourage enough relocations to permanently shift the vote there. Hell LA alone could probably do it.

Being an elected official saying you don’t believe in the Constitution should be an immediate removal from office and a ban on ever serving for the US government ever again. In a sane and just world she’d be on LinkedIn by this evening.

It’s the first amendment for a reason:
>“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances“
Look at all the rights it protects. Opposing the 1st amendment is tyranny of the worst sort.
