      Well shit I´m in (half agreement) with him here. (half since he does say hes glad Kimmel is off air).
      But he openly agrees that Carr clearly threatened them into doing it.
      Wouldnt be surprised if Cruz is gonna be a solid wall against censorship bills (given that hes the senate leader for the committe bills like KOSA have to usually go thru).

      Nick Fuentes, Tucker Carlson and now Ted Cruz on the reasonable side, at least for this one specific issue, is crazy.
      Though it sounds like Ted Cruz isn’t so much concerned about the blatant attack on free speech, just that it will set the precedent for Democrats to do the same when they are back in power.

      Ted is getting some internal numbers that suggest some not insignificant percentage of his voting base has expressed concern.

      Remember if you agree with Ted Cruz, he doesn’t sincerely believe it and will do nothing to prevent it from happening.

      You can argue that his stance is purely selfish because he only opposes Carr out of fear of future democrat retribution. But that is the whole damn point of freedom. Freedom means I have to deal with people saying shit I don’t like, because that means they have to deal with whatever I want to say. Freedom can be selfless, but it is ultimately *about* selfishness.
