      I feel so bad for the kids growing up now. By the time they’re military age the draft will be back.

      And this is how you get a politically loyal military. The kinds of people that this would work on are the same kinds of people who could be convinced that the left are enemies of the state and need to be shot.

      Next they’re going to wonder why their recruitment numbers plunged. This is cringe and will be ineffective. Charlie Kirk was popular among college Republicans. Most of the traditional military recruits don’t go to college and then enlist. They either go straight in out of high school or work a year or two and then enlist.

      Edit: Although, now that I think about it…the job market isn’t so hot right now and isn’t showing signs of improving any time soon. So maybe they’re angling for the college republicans who followed Charlie Kirk and are about to graduate only to find jobs aren’t as easy to get as they used to. Maybe this will be appealing to them.

      Again. CK is not that big of a character. Most people did not know who he was before the shooting. This is dumb.

      I think they’re grossly over estimating the support that Charlie had. They’re making him out to be MLK or something, he was just a pundit/

      Any public figure becomes 10,000x more popular when they die and honestly I do see the comparisons to MLK and JFK myself except that the government killed both of them not a random person…WAIT A SECOND
