So legally any modification makes you liable in case of damage and no insurance will cover it. And yought need to cover expenses to fix the whole building
Just use plastic bottle
Unfortunately, the kind with the hidden tank are the hardest ones to modify for a bidet. You will need a plumber to put in a special line. I couldn’t find any that were compatible that could be done without a plumber.
I wonder if handheld is the best bet here then based on the above

There are no exterior water lines. You will have to contact and plumber or open up the wall . In either case you will have to contact your landlord for permission , or get a water bottle bidet that you can squeeze
With any luck the sink is near the toilet so you can use [one of these](https://www.amazon.de/dp/B09Q3B9L9M) that install right onto the sink faucet.
Before you do anything, you must ask your tenant for permission.
A mobile one that you fill up with water before using. You don’t have waterline to install a bidet.
