This isn’t about the message of your post, which I agree with, just my pet peeve when people mix up Afghanistan and Iraq. Fallujah was in Iraq just so everyone knows. Completely different conflict that just happened to be at the same time.
So putting troops back in a place that’s within an hour of Chinese nuclear weapons plant is the best course of action? Seems overly aggressive when it might be easier to just keep an eye on them with satellites or something less provocative.
