He is trying to appeal to Dementia donnys ego and point out to Donny the people he worships think he is a joke.
At best he’s a tool, at worst he’s an asset
Because those are just words he says, it’s not a “position”. Nothing is real and nothing matters to him beyond personal enrichment and petty vendettas.
