Foreign flags are hung side to side with
National flags when a delegation from a foreign country is visiting an establishment, or diplomats/governments of foreign country come to host country for fuck knows what reason. But Georgian flag looks faded and UAE flag new 🤔 perhaps someone has guest visiting from Dubai idk
