Everyone has a smartphone with a good camera now, and there’s over 140 million people in Russia. Can’t censor all of that without something like China’s great firewall.

How long until the returning/off-duty military men in the country not on the front line start causing real problems in Russia? Between their economy in shambles, massive new censorship and reduction in civil liberties, and ptsd after the war they are probably a powder keg.
