See, democrats didnt ban trump. Tech businesses did. The first amendment does not allow the GOVERNMENT to encroach on your speech. But private businesses dont fall under those rules and for social media, you agree to their terms of service when you sign up, meaning you are bound to their rules on their platform.
What makes this situation different is that the government is threatening to pull broadcast licenses from companies who air things they dont like. That is what makes this unconstitutional.
Also, trying to jail a person for a crime they committed is not wrong. I encourage all politicians to be held accountable for their actions, regardless of party. So much for draining the swamp.
