I’d guess English subtitles
Edit: since Germans might be interested in the Japanese original as well (some people are like that)
The flag indicates the language of the film, OV stands for Original Voice, so as far as I understand the first film would be with German dubbing and the second is Japanese dub with English subtitles
My guess would be japanese with english subtitles. Cinestar in my city has it called differently: „Original (Untertitel)“ with a symbol for „OmU“ next to the 2D symbol. No flag whatsoever. I think you would actually have to call/write the your cinema to be sure though. It’s annoying that they didn’t formulate it more clearly.

But frankly, that does not explain the flags and symbols to me. In my local Cinestar there are even two more options and I cannot say with Original Version is what and what is the difference.
