The attorney general who is currently part of covering up the largest child sex trafficking ring in the US decides to focus her energy on filing charges against the Office Depot employee.
Man, I would think that the AG would have much more important things to do. Surely there is a Pedo ring to investigate somewhere in the US.
Discrimination is only illegal when it’s against a protected class. Political affiliation is not a protected class. Just as your employer is free to fire you for your political beliefs, the employee is free to refuse service over their political beliefs (and the employer can fire them for it.) It’s not super complicated.
Gay cakes established precedent over cases like this. A business doesn’t have to do shit for people.

If a Christian baker has the constitutional right not to create a cake for a gay couple, why doesn’t an Office Depot worker have the same right not to create a flyer for Charlie Kirk? Which principle matters more to you: protecting people from being forced into speech they disagree with, or forcing them to serve content they oppose?
When the government tells a religious business owner they must serve gay people, you call it tyranny. When a state AG threatens prosecution of an employee for refusing a political flyer, that’s… freedom? Do you want government power limited, or do you only want it limited when it inconveniences your side?
If the answer to gay couples was “go find another baker,” then why isn’t the answer here “go find another print shop”? Why is one scenario about “the free market” and the other suddenly about state enforcement?
So let’s get this straight. According to MAGA
– someone is allowed to choose whether they want to make a gay wedding cake or not
– Someone is allowed to not file paperwork or do their job that they are paid for if it goes against their religion.
– Someone HAS to create memorabilia, but only in instances when it relates to Charlie Kirk.
