I think she’s annoyed because he was also left out of the Oscars memoriam
For someone who had such a long career, he wasn’t recognised at all. He’ll probably get a mention at the SAG awards next year but I can understand why she’s upset
Her anger seems justified. Tony Todd has tons of TV credits stretching back decades. Leaving Jerry Adler out is also kinda nuts. Dude played a major character on the best TV show ever.
Honestly this was a ridiculous omission. I’m a film journalist and in his post humous role in film Final Destination pre screening he got two full standing ovations. One was just for his name in the credits. I’ve never seen anything like it. People adored Tony Todd, he had a Shakespearean gravitas and deserved an In Memoriam spot.
Honestly though I came here from looking this up on Google. You can’t blame time for that. Tighten up the slide show if you need to then, this was just blatant disrespect. His poor widow, I feel so bad for her
