Mainly in Tokyo. The article only has an average. Would be interested in knowing the median.
Probably only in Tokyo and a few specific neighborhoods of some larger cities.
In the city where I bought land some analysis estimated that the land is expected to drop 20~30% in value in the next 20 years. It’s ok, though, I wanted the land now, not in 20 years.
