      …and this is with the designation-based acceleration.

      China built 50,000 KM of high speed rail in 30 years and Spain manages to build subway tunnels for 1/10th of our costs, we’ve got to be the slowest and least efficient country in the world at building infrastructure.

      I hate it here.

      If this isn’t a nation building project, I don’t know what is.

      A successful project not only has direct economic benefits, but will also improve lives of Canadians for generations.
