That’s meth’d up, going days without sleep really messes with your mind. Seriously though , someone this paranoid for whatever the reason does not need to be driving anything and is a danger to everyone around them. Edit to add: if any of this were remotely true they sure as hell wouldn’t go around advertising it, they would be trying to drop off the grid not be highlighted in it.

I’ve been doing doctoral research and investigative journalism into this.
MKULTRA and COINTELPRO are 100% real. They have been documented historically and in front of Congress.
Post 9/11 all of the intelligence agencies work met with „national security/state secrets“ privilege that they didn’t need to report what they were doing and how they were spending down YOUR TAXPAYER MONEY.
With post capitalist surveillance contracting industry complex, lots of $$$ being spread around and COINTELPRO got an upgrade and is shared among the intelligence and military agencies.
This person is one of possible two things: 1) actual targeted individual that got so mindfucked by the program they started unraveling mentally, or 2) they work for one of the contractors and are a visible deterrent to people actively being targeted by the group so that if someone tries to go for help, they’re labeled a schizo. The whole point is to make sure that the duality of our system meets the same goal: keep people divided and from spreading the truth to keep those in power and those so rewarded by the system to continue. If you are doing well by this system, you are unAmerican by definition of our values in „liberty and justice for all“. So then what does that make the US? No different from China or Russia. Why do you think Snowden skipped town? Because they’d send these people all over his butt if they couldn’t nail him on the official system.
There’s a group of tarot readers/people online absolutely convinced they are being “gang stalked” by some mysterious shadow organization or government. They say they are constantly targeted, poisoned, sabotaged/gaslit etc.. Most of the time they are obviously paranoid and misguided but you gotta wonder how many people it actually happens to ☠️
