I don’t think this is that surprising as we have the vast majority of the worlds aircraft leasing companies.
They signed a contract in 2019 to convert 20 737’s to cargo mode for leasing.

IAI convert the aircraft owned by AerCap and others. IAI do not own any aircraft.
The freighter conversion kit is made in China and there will be conversion lines opened in the USA and the EU to fulfill orders.
The majority of leased aircraft worldwide are owned or managed via Irish companies based mostly in Dublin.
