Well, that’s the line up for Reform Con 2027 taking shape then.
Why can’t people take an afternoon off being a dick? People are always gonna be a lot less sympathetic to causes that are violent.
Police actually listed the type of injuries received. Never know them do that before. Talking broken bones and teeth type injuries. You don’t get them from a simple push and scuffle, those guys must really have been going for it.

Perhaps take action on the foreign national who livestreamed in and incited violence? Sanction him and his companies now.
These idiots need to realise police are people to, individuals with families who are in a job where they are tasked with enforcing laws that society has agreed upon over time. Laws can and will change but violence on our own people while saying ‘unite the kingdom’ it’s madness.

The irony that he is saying immigration is damaging the country.. well.. he would know, considering the damage he, an immigrant, has done to the USA.

As it stands, that’s 99.9827% attendee who caused no trouble to the extent that would require police intervention. That’s a pretty solid figure that shows this march was objectively peaceful despite Reddit, Mahmood, and media – narratives. That’s down to attendees, not the police or other external forces, as Mahmood seems to suggest.
It’s also an objective figure, reflecting reality. It’s not an imagined narrative that’s conjured up in our own heads.
I would also question the police decision in allowing the counter-protest to have a presence nearby. It was always likely going to antagonise the crowd – so why weren’t appropriate measures taken place to ensure this outcome could never materialise? On that matter, the blame should solely be on the police who are responsible for the safeguarding of ALL protestors.

Given this is a terrorist organization with the openly stated goal of overthrowing the democratically elected government with violence, can we prescribe them already and throw all their supports in the clink and lose the key?
We cannot allow traitors to openly plan and advocate for overthrowing our democracy with violence.
I love that at a protest where Elon musk (for some unknown reason) addressed the crowds via video link to tell people that the left-wing were violent and dangerous, had dozens of arrests for violence, calls for assassination of the Prime Minister and they littered and graffitied the streets as they marched.
Don’t worry, they turned off the facial recognition cameras because they support the far right too so nothing will happen
As a black Brit I am actually getting increasingly concerned about walking around England for the simple fact racism is becoming more accepted. Sure I’ve had my fair share of racial abuse over the years (even had someone try to run me over) but it felt isolated and the majority of people were just normal. Now it feels the majority have racial hateed towards anyone who isn’t white.. I no longer even feel British because I am not racist and I feel like being British now means to hate everyone different.

Fox and Hopkins have convictions for libel and publishing bollocks. Fox is currently undergoing legal proceedings for inciting criminal damage, and for sex offences (sharing of intimate media without consent)

26 officers have been hospitalised. 25 arrests on the day with more to follow as people are identified.
With 150k attendees and 25 arrests that’s 0.016% of attendees arrested so far, on the day of the march according to the BBC.
Compare this with Notting Hill Carnival. 105 arrests and 2 million attendees 0.00525% arrested.
That means that you were 3 times more likely to commit an arrestable offense if you attended the Unite the Right March than if you attended Notting Hill Carnival.
Relevant because of how often Notting Hill Carnival is held up by right wing provocateurs as some sort of violent dangerous event, and secondly because of how regularly they use it for the basis of racially charged arguments.

Going to be some sore knuckles this morning, from them dragging along the floor all day.
Starmer is going to have to put his big boy pants on and choose a side. He needs to give Tory moderates the choice, hold your nose and vote Labour and show you’re not with the ham, or join the fash brigade. He’s going to lose basically everyone left and right at this rate. Corbyn’s strop-party is already dead in the water and the Greens have no name recognition.
Fine, but we never see this attitude from the government towards other protests despite those attacking police too.
Being the proud patriots they apparently are, I am sure they will cooperate fully with the law and be proud to see justice in action; it is a principle of the British values and the society they both love and want to protect after all.
