It’s cause those 5 women in the restaurant yelled at him the other day. That’s it
That’s why he’s so upset. Then someone told him they were probably funded by Soros (as if some middle age women liberals in Washington DC couldn’t exist without Soros???)
And now he won’t stop talking about arresting Soros

It doesn’t really matter what the ideology of a lone wolf shooter is. Neither side wants him. That tells you all you need to know.
And a Reminder: Don’t let the media sane-wash Charlie Kirk. He was a treasonous fascist with hateful views. Gun violence is not something we should ever celebrate. That being said, Charlie Kirk sure did.
After the 2020 election, Kirk disputed the results and denied that Trump had lost. On January 4, 2021, Kirk announced in a tweet that Turning Point Action would be sending more than 80 buses to a January 6, 2021, Trump „Stop the Steal“ rally near the White House in Washington, D.C., to protest the outcome of the election.
Busing rioters that tried to kill the VP in a coup is treason.
George Washington executed sentenced people to death in the Whiskey Rebellion for infinitely less than bringing a brigade-strength amount of hostile people to the seat of government.

There are days that I think the only progress we have made is the fact that racist Nazis don’t like being called racist Nazis. It doesn’t mean they aren’t racist Nazis, just they don’t like that fact being pointed out.

I’m not saying he’s a Nazi. But the Nazis certainly think he’s a Nazi. On the other hand, Stephen „Temu Goebbels“ Miller absolutely is a Nazi.

He’s always f*cking triggered. Finding a straw in his Diet Coke triggers him. That’s not what this is. This is nothing but an excuse to incite violence against and put violence towards anyone he doesn’t like- especially Democrats.
The right has always had their finger on that trigger. They never needed much of an excuse- just anything to feel justified for their real desire to slaughter)yes, physically slaughter) any opposition, be they Democrat, immigrant, female, educated, scientific, brown skinned, etc.
It’s really a matter of time.

John Kelly is a retired Marine general who worked in the first Trump administration:
>**“He (Trump) commented more than once that, ‘You know, Hitler did some good things, too,’”** Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying “nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good,” but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.
>In his interview with The Atlantic, Kelly recalled that when Trump raised the idea of needing “German generals,” Kelly would ask if he meant “Bismarck’s generals,” referring to Otto von Bismarck, the former chancellor of the German Reich who oversaw the unification of Germany. “Surely you can’t mean Hitler’s generals,” Kelly recalled asking Trump. To which the former president responded, “Yeah, yeah, Hitler’s generals.”
Trump seems to be aware that Hitler required the military to swear allegiance to him personally.
Trump may not be aware that some of his generals later tried to assassinate him.

As far as your terrible strawman, most people outside of the right wing don’t say the shit you just said (it’s wrong to politicize this” or “too soon”). These are actually the things rightwingers say because they don’t want to have the discussion at all. So yea you’re saying something that only the right does as though it’s true for everything but Kirks shooting. So that’s just a weird strawman.
And outside of that, a major difference is that the “political purposes” you are claiming that the left “uses” mass shootings for, isn’t something unrelated (or indirectly related). It’s what legislators and leaders are supposed to do: addressing the issues that affect our society.
So when there is a school shooting, or other mass shooting, there’s nothing necessarily wrong or abusive about saying “we need this type of thing to stop, it’s horrible, and we should change it.” That isn’t “politicizing,” that’s answering a public call to action.
What the right is doing is quite different. Our right to free speech doesn’t change the set of facts that lead to Kirk’s death. Yet the Right is attacking our first amendment rights-
people are getting fired,
people can now lose their passports for “celebrating” Kirk’s death,
and Hegseth said the DOD is “tracking” service members and civilians that speak negatively of Kirk.
That’s politicizing the shooting. They’re using this event to further claim democrats are “radical” and possibly a terrorist organization, tamping down our 1a rights to free speech, and these things have nothing to do with Kirk’s death.
But guns being readily available to basically the whole population, and not allowing for laws that require universal background checks and training and a system of red flags to prevent these types of shootings is *directly related* to our mass shooting problem.
I’m sure you can see the difference.
