Well…..he was right.
The entire sequel trilogy was a mistake.
He should have said no once he read the script.
He went along with it knowing Johnson’s film would be an embarrassing mistake and has paid the price for it.
I initially thought so as well. I mean, I still do, but I initially did.
I still havent seen a movie lose an audience like The Last Jedi during the Leia scene.
Saw it in a packed Imax theater and the entire theater groaned. They quit on the movie after. Literally just full blown conversations and jeering towards the movie up until it ended.
Should’ve trusted his instinct’s….
That we never got Luke, Leia, and Han together again in at least one scene in the sequels is cinematic crime.
