If he does it in a respectful way, yeah thats fine.
If its him shouting the Trudeau/Carney liberals screwed it all up, well then thats not a constructive way to criticize the govt. However I think thats what will get done to get the rage clips for his base.
Tories primed to attack anything the Liberals do whether they agree with it or not. Seriously, the people are just professional complainers/griefers.
Go look at the comments about the major project list, „summer of George,“ literally everything the Liberals have done this summer. Even when the Conservatives agree, they still fucking complain. It’s exhausting. It works for the base who already hate the Liberals and practically foam at the mouth when they hear that word, but it’s the same nonsense that drove moderates away from Conservatives/Poilievre. Can’t do anything without trying to poison the well first.
Translation: Just as in the Trudeau era, they will just attack anything and everything the Liberals do just because they’re Liberals.
It must be depressing to work so hard defining yourself by what you oppose instead of what you support only to have your opponent change positions on all of your attack lines.
Would people please stop calling them Tories! And the headline should say „CPC primed to tie up the house pissing and moaning and contributing nothing…again.“
Attacking contradictions in a world as complicated as ours is a waste of everyone’s time. Most policies in politics are a compromise of conflicting priorities.
These kind of petty games are what turn people off of politics. How about just criticizing policies based on their own merit? Is that too much to ask from our politicians?
