I don’t think this well end well
So far, what I’m seeing in the Romanian media is that the drone was intercepted, followed, and then crashed.
Makes me wonder how many shahed drones the ukrainians have recovered and rebuilt to working condition and what Ukraine might do if they got desperate enough
the same people that will call me a Russian bot for pointing this out, will rightfully point out that Israel does the same sort of thing
If Ukraine was desperate enough to attempt to force nato involvement, cards and avenues exist is all I’m acknowledging. Also acknowledging that Russia wants land, that’s the motive, and further provoking nato doesn’t help them.

Outside of nuclear war, nato could end this quickly
I hope the EU understands when the dam breaks, they (NATO) cannot depend on US support (an obvious violation of rule #5).
While they can likely handle it on their own, from a global stability standpoint, they’d likely rather not. Despite the fact the only time article 5 was enacted was by the US for Afghanistan. The bell was promptly answered.
As Trumps power, mental state, and overall health continues to wane, Putin will use this opportunity sooner than later as he seems he’ll bent on it. A power shift in the US to a more ally minded sense of governance will be then end of RU as it’s currently known. Clock tics away.
Given the sharp increase in RU boldness these last couple of days, I wonder what was discussed in terms of military support during the recent meeting with China and North Korea.
