      the republican party dug themselves a hole. they could’ve just mourned kirk and called out people mocking his death without sweeping comments on democrats. the leadership in the democrat party has been nothing but professional. now that this awful individuals political beliefs don’t match what they thought it would, they further divided us all because the persons political beliefs are now subject to investigation. instead of just saying “whatever ideology this person had, it was anti american. it was anti free speech” and everyone can agree on that.

      Genuinely asking, because I do not understand. Why is the search for the assassin’s political affiliation even a topic of discussion? Charlie Kirk was an emblem of the conservative movement. Killing Charlie Kirk was literally the most obvious act possible against the movement he represented.

      Do people think that some deranged conservative murdered him because he cut them off in traffic or something? Same thing with the guy who shot Trump. Why does it matter who he donated to, or what he registered as, whether left or right? He tried to murder Trump. So he is anti-Trump. Am I missing something here? Again, I genuinely do not understand.
