There will be no pipeline with C-69 on the books. Anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is either lying to you, or isn’t familiar with the legislation.
C-69 makes climate change a factor in the approval process. Thus, *the product being transported by the pipeline being burned by the end user is a factor in being approved. Its not going to be approved because its not compatible with the climate change goals*.
If interesting to note that the oil we import from Saudi Arabia is not subjected to the same scrutiny.
