Cold and heartless voice? Ironically a great choice might be Tyler Hoechlin, aka the most recent TV Superman. Look at his performance as Sephiroth in Final Fantasy. He could do it. And the gag of him also being a Superman actor is funny.

Nicholas Cage. I can see him playing Brainiac in a weird, alien way. Sort of an uncanny valley performance.

Deadwood is my favorite show, so obviously I was already a fan of the guy, but seeing his much-more-stoic delivery & performance in Alien: Earth, I think **Timothy Olyphant** could be an interesting and unexpected choice.
Thinking of people who Gunn has worked with who would also be sort of an unexpected choice, let me suggest **Lee Pace.**

Ok hear me out….a bald Gunn mainstay with a striking appearance and who can pull off deep roles while still looking strong. Bautista would kill this shit.
It’s too bad Alan Tudyk is already playing Dr Phosphorus in the new dcu, he would be great. I guess he could do both… Dr Phosphorus is only animated so far, but I think Gunn said he wants the voice actors to also play the live action characters.

Michael C Hall is a good actor but I almost like his band better than I like his acting. If he just abandon acting altogether and went with Princess Goes exclusively I wouldn’t be mad lol.
