Hopefully the Mart company has learned some valuable lessons from this. The fine, once again, is more of a slap on the wrist than a deterrent.
4200? A minor inconvenience to them.

Used to go to the mart a lot with my dad when I was young. Used to piss me off so many farmers with sticks laying into animals at the smallest thing.
A stick is handy as a guide so they go in the direction you want as you have a longer reach to block off a way. It’s not meant to be used just to batter animals. Takes nothing really to treat the animals with respect and they are more likely to just go with the flow if it’s not a maniac enviroment where they are being hit left right and center.
