i looked like this in my 20s for about 3-4 months, it could just be bells palsy, basically all muscles on one side of your face relax due to a nerve issue.
not saying its NOT a stroke, but bells palsy is more common i think as well, so it shouldnbt be assumed to be stroke offhand imo

there were other moments where he looked his mostly normal self, i thought. he does have that mannerism where he slides his jaw a bit too, but it certainly seemed exagerrated today. we’re all getting older too i suppose

I was initially on board with the stroke theory, as his physical presentation does bear the hallmark symptoms. I’ve been seeing posts suggesting this for several weeks, even referencing slurred speech at times, and people positing that he may be having TIA’s.
But then, also today, I saw video of him signing some remembrance book at a ceremony and his motor coordination to write a message and his signature appeared to be executed with more muscle control and coordination than I would expect from someone who was experiencing the muscle weakness that would cause facial drooping.
Who is controlling the autopen? Gotta start looking into invalidating all those executive orders signed by it.

I think that Trump had a stroke when he went missing for a couple of days and everybody thought he was dead.
However, I think it was a right side stroke, which made his left side droop. In order to make his face look normal, they botoxed the left side of his face so it would retract back to something more normal looking. What we’re seeing here is Trump making a sad face because his handlers told him that was an appropriate facial expression for this situation but he only controls the right side of his face.
