Fly poop?
Did you buy bananas recently ?
Aside from the obvious flies? I’d guess their poop, or some other secretion.

Fruit flies. Get rid of ripe/soft fruits or seal them and dispose your garbage very regularly. If they have no access to what they like they will disappear almost immediately.
Had the same. Get a glass and put some vinegar and a bit of dish soap in. Fill the glass about half way then cover the top with plastic or cling film (tight) and poke a lot of medium sized holes in it – large enough for them to get in. Just leave it on the kitchen counter. Will honestly wipe a huge majority of them out over the next few days!
These are not necessarily fruit flies like everyone seems to believe. Fruit flies are brownish in colour. Thus is clearly black. Go to the local DM, grab some „Lebensmittelmottenfallen“ (grocery moth traps) and set them up in every room you can find them. They will infect _everything_ you have in open food. You’ll likely have to throw away most of your current groceries.

Either fruit flies, or drain flies.
Get rid of old fruit. Do the vinegar soap trap thing.
And pour boiling water down your kitchen and bathroom sink drains to kill any eggs / nesting spots if they are indeed drain flies.
