      i think any hope that this country could stop being violated by technocratic, war-mongering, corporatist globalists—whose ultimate goal is to make sure we own nothing and call it happiness—is finally gone.

      kirk’s assassination, combined with the attack on qatar right before 9/11, feels like the final message: not only is this country owned but anyone who stands in the way can and will be killed as proof.

      what’s to question? Dude was seen fleeing the rooftop and dropped his weapon, and left shell casing(s) (there hasn’t been time for a full forensic analysis…specifics of what happened are unknown still)

      this isn’t Hollywood, amateurs don’t wipe their weapon down and pocket the casings, they run scared shitless hoping no camera or microphone picked them up

      it’s a real thing: mentally ill trans folks have been shooting up crowds in public for at least a decade…not making ’national news‘ has been the point up until recently with mass social media and smartphones

      not rocket science; just the mass hoards of folks released from mental Hospitals decades ago and current inundation due to lack of mental facilities catching up to society; mental illness is thru the roof right now…if you have a policy of just let the latter run amok in society without some kind of isolated rehab or institutionalization, the result is simple: the movie *Joker*
