Did this happend after Iran’s missile attack on Qatar previously this year?

Feel like this is a move to save face, they definitely knew about the attack. But they cannot act openly infront of the Arab world and work with Israel in someway. And just said a couple days prior that they are not satisfied with Hamas ability to arrange a peace deal and that they want it done. The Hamas leadership been in Doha since 2012 on suggestion by the US, Donald Trump have green light to Israel beforehand.
