Yep, because basic human decency is required in one party and verboten in the other.

    2. Democrats are so useless. Tell the truth. Donald Trump and the Maga movement are why Kirk’s children don’t have a father.

Democrats need to stop fighting with their arms tied behind their backs.

Thoughts and prayers have already been said.

      Release the Epstein list now!!

    4. I couldnt do it, i could not be a public figure and play nice when a POS like him becomes the victim. Hell im struggling to stay within the TOS here and not sound too celebratory or reflect my vast array of emotions here. Its sad that the soapbox turned into a podium of hate thinly veiled as a tool of discourse and debate in his hands and at the hands of so many others. Not sure he deserves anything less in death.

This will not stop MAGAs from attacking people they dislike. They are using the royal ‚They‘ to group all Democrats in with the violent loner who did this thing, just like Donald Trump Jr. used the royal ‚They‘ to accuse all Democrats everywhere of the Trump assassination attempt last year.

We already hear calls from some to go after the South Park guys, who had recently done a parody of Charlie Kirk.

The MAGAs are crazy, and angry, so they may be in real danger. Anything is possible.

Like the previous mass shootings, lets offer prayers, and move on .

The school shooting at Colorado yesterday was not even covered properly by media. Trump has ordered half-mast flag for Kirk ,and not for horrific school shooting .

Let’s not forget too that GOP blocked the release of Epstein list yesterday. Release the Epstein list now!

    7. Obama and Harris shouldn’t have said anything. Kirk wouldn’t have cared if they were murdered.

    8. I feel for his family and was shocked to read the jubilation on a gossip site I frequent(ONTD). Apparently he once said „deaths are a nEssasary and acceptable price for our access to the 2nd Amendment.“

I hate to say it: when you bend the rules for the rich and leave the remainder of the population with no legal recourse (manipulating the courts for the few while activating it against the rest of America), install soldiers in cities, allow bands of masked bandits to round up people here legally and drag them into unmarked vans, this is bound to happen. And they know it. And they will use it.

What happened to Kirk was horrific, and I feel for his supporters and family (thoughts and prayers).

However, it should be republicans reaching across the aisle with open hands. Instead, they shrink away and calcify, banding together to do things like hide child rape.

      Yesterday was horrible, but expected.

    10. Status meet quo.

Somebody call a spade, a spade for fucks sake. He was neo-nazi bigot scum. The CO kids deserved the news cycle and outrage.

    11. The_Dark_Tetrad on

So like what’s going to happen if this guy ends up getting away and we have 0 profile on him? Is the right still going to blame the left without any info available?

    12. National_Big_9508 on

No matter what they say or don’t say… let’s be honest here: there is a group of people in the country who are the equivalent of a belligerent drunk just looking to pick fights. Obama’s tweet was full of nasty replies, and if he had said nothing they’d condemn that to. The offense, to them, is existing at all at this point.

It’s wild that even with this, Democrats are being classier than Republicans.

Democrats are out there unequivocally calling the shooting a tragedy and condemning violence, while calling for a cooling of temperatures.

Republicans are ramping up the heat, calling this war and saying it’s the leftist’s fault, without any information on the shooter or their motivations.

    14. RandomMan_12345 on

Turns out, the fascists only like doing the shooting, they don’t like receiving those bullets. To them I say, here is a big basket of tots and pears that you give us, after every single school/mass shooting…

    15. TheGOPisTheDeepState on

Kirk died promoting the thing that got him killed. Thoughts and prayers, since that’s only action taken in the states.

“I think it’s worth it. I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights.” – Charlie Kirk

    16. And republicans are going to run on this for at least two months to justify invading more democrat cities while there about 90% chances the shooter was a republican…

    17. Iztac_xocoatl on

How many top Republicans condemned it when it happened to Gabby Gifford?

I get it. I vote for democrats because they’re not scumbags but I hate the double standards. I hate how Democrats have to be perfect on every issue while Republicans get a pass for regularly running the economy, foreign policy, the environment, healthcare, etc into the ground. I hate how Democrats are held responsible for every word uttered on fringe podcasts, window broken at every protest, every word they trip over in speeches, etc while Republicans are never held to account for anything ever. I hate how Bill Clinton getting a blow job from from an adult woman in the White House condemns Hillary when Trump gets 40+% approval ratings after all the creepy shit he’s said about his underage daughter, done with other underage girls, associations with a monster pedophile, etc

    18. iaNCURdehunedoara on

I don’t really care that they condemn it, but it’s incredible to see how quick liberals are to condemn acts of violence against a fascist while the fascist was agitating for violence even with his last words.

    19. There becomes a point where peddling hate speech shouldn’t earn you this much sympathy. look at Gavin Newsom. No, Kirk’s memory does not deserve honoring or continuing.

    20. CoolAndCringe on

Don’t forget how the Republicans reacted when Melissa Hortman was murdered in her own home.

    21. antilittlepink on

Yesterday’s horrific shooting in the US is already being instantly weaponised for politics before anyone even knows the facts. Elon Musk tweeted that “the left is the party of murderers” without a shred of evidence about the shooter’s motive. That kind of reckless statement isn’t just irresponsible, it’s a deliberate escalation designed to stir division and push the country towards more political violence. Musk, like Trump, has leaned openly pro-Putin, and this all fits the same playbook of destabilisation.

Trump has now blamed “the radical left” even though nothing about the shooter has been confirmed. This is how disinformation spreads: truth doesn’t matter, only the narrative they want people to believe.

And the hypocrisy could not be clearer. Just two months ago, a MAGA extremist murdered a Democratic state lawmaker, her husband, and their dog, injured another legislator and his wife, and was found with a kill list of dozens more Democrats. Trump and Republicans said nothing. Pure silence. The so-called “pro-life” party only condemns violence when they can twist it for political gain.

If I were designing a robot to run America in order to destroy it from within and hand victory to Russia, China and every hostile regime, I would program it to act exactly like Trump and his movement.

    22. I don’t think they should be condemning anything (or condoning either) until Trump has something to say about Melissa Hortman.

      Simple as that.

    23. First I want to make it perfectly clear that I do not condone murder and senseless violence. This man was an extremest and was grooming students to the maga radical right, anti abortion, bigotry etc…. But flying flags at half mast is total nonsense, what about the children that were murdered this WEEK! from mass school shootings ? The innocent girl that was stabbed to death? These maga radical apostles including Trump , administration and GOP promote violence against anyone that opposes them or is not white nationalist Christian enough but they freak out when a person pushing their radical agenda gets attacked. Trump has been so vocal about the killing of his apostle condemning it but I want to know why the military isn’t rolling out in Utah ? He’s claiming he’s sending military to fight crime and violence WELL where are the troops? Oh that’s RIGHT this is a republican state and they will not be invaded by the goose-stepping SS to intimidate voters

    24. ilikebiiiigdicks on

I find it really difficult to say anything nice or sympathetic about this man. He built a career off the back of gun violence and murder. He spent a decade fighting for people to have easier access to guns in spite of rampant mass shootings and murders all across the country.

Everyone else with a jot of common sense has argued with him incessantly to explain how guns beget gun violence. Easier access to guns leads to more shootings and more death. Unless you’re mentally ill and incapable of seeing how X leads to Y, then it is plain as day how guns = violence and death. He has argued with THOUSANDS of people against *any and all* gun regulations. He wanted MORE guns on the streets and in the hands of people who are mentally unstable.

This is the inevitable end point of his argument. His stupid beliefs have gotten him killed, and will get more people killed. You reap what you sow. Sorry Charlie, but this was exactly what you breathlessly fought and advocated for.

I would be more worried for the FOX News hires in the outer circle : they’ve served their useful purpose and now possess insider knowledge that must be suppressed. CK was known, visible and had twice failed a loyalty test in recent months. Dan Bongino has probably cancelled all public appearances.

Rules for Rulers: supress upstarts before they become the opposition.

Charlie Kirk spent his professional life advocating against gun control that could have prevented this, and advocating for violence against minority groups. He also bragged about bringing 80 buses of „fighters“ to the insurrection. These are all facts that Charlie should be remembered for.
