      Are we loaning our anti drone technology to the Poles, or perhaps our underwater mini subs to help monitor waterways or fibre optics or gas lines………..No, so we refuse to help, refuse to learn and also in a changing economic climate fail to plan for backup technology work when the usa multis either pull.out plor migrate to ukraine.
