    1. And now they know the number is still active 🙂
Probably scam calls, we also get them a lot.

    2. Yeah more and more lately (also numbers from hungary and the uk)
I trend to just instantly block them from now

Yeah lots lately, and a lot of people I know are getting the same calls

Mostly from the UK for me

    4. That’s the reason I completely stopped answering any calls from unknown numbers. I really look forward to this new feature that will be launched in the new IOS version called call screening, where an AI will ask the name and purpose of the call, send that to you in a message, so you can decide if you want to answer or not.

I hope it works as promised, it will be a life saver 🙂

    5. Yes, it’s usually computers calling to see if the number is active. It may then be sold for scamming purposes.

Data leak somewhere, most likely the banks but they are not going to squeek and spill the beans

    7. It’s a scam center checking whether your number is active and if you’re likely to pick up the phone

Congratulations there are dozens more to come

    8. Either just checking if the number is active, or a spammer starts multiple calls at once and just talks to whoever picks up first. Either way: just block the number!

    9. If you don’t know the number, just don’t answer it and block the number. If it’s important they will leave a message.

Constantly. I now automatically block numbers unless I have them in my phone book or I call them back.
