    1. Ah, we’re on step one of their reactions. First it wasn’t them/it didn’t happen. Looking forward to step two where they’ll argue it wasn’t that bad.

    2. They’ll deny and send more drones until their actions are met with severe consequences.

2014: We don’t know whose troops those are in Crimea

2025: We don’t know whose drones those are in Poland

    4. „There are no drones there“

      „The drones aren’t ours“

„The drones were there on holiday“

„The drones were invited there to help ethnic drones bullied by Poland“

„There was a public referendum and 99% voters support the drones on that territory“

„It’s a historical drone land since when Rurik in 893…“

„Poland is threatening us with their expansion into the land of drones“

    5. Ah yes, the ‚wasn’t me‘ defense.

Well, time for some stealth strikes on Russian assets. Wasn’t us either.

    6. So any military helicopters, airplanes, rockets, etc. entering NATO air space are automatically not Russian? Roger that. We can just issue a ‚fire at will‘ order then.

    7. The presumption of innocence for Russia should be reversed: until proven otherwise, it was Russia. It is pretty obvious now that this country is not worthy of due process.

    8. kodos_der_henker on

Ok, makes it easy. NATO should now establish a no fly zone around its eastern border to shoot down those definitely not russian drones over western Ukraine.

Should not be a problem for Russia as those aren’t theirs

Russians open there moth…. lies coming out of it. It has always been and will always be that way. They are just murderers, terrorists and liars. Sure, not all of them… but everyone who voted for Putin.

I really hate that I seemed to have entered adulthood during the years that diplomacy and any sort of reason has completely withered and been banished to some sort of mythical realm.

Politicians used to seem like they at least operated within some form of reality when I was growing up.

„everyone could purchase these kinds of drones in your local drone shop“ 🤡

    12. I keep saying….This is a Soviet game, NATO is supposed to play it the same way, by saying „the planes are definitely not ours and there is no evidence of that“

    13. unleash_the_giraffe on

Russia is a hostile actor. They will only do what benefits them, whether that means lying or twisting the truth. This means there’s no point to giving any regard to any message they send out. At best, it would only let us speculate how that message could work in their favor, which is likely a waste of time.

    14. Potentially, this could be a preparation for an attack on the Baltic states. Testing the reaction of NATO countries, normalizing perceptions of attacks on NATO countries, then escalation. Work as overton window or slowly boiling a frog. If ruzzians manage to advance along this scenario, then the probability of the ruzzians attacking the next country will increase, IMHO.

    15. Shoot them down in Russian airspace when the flight track is clear. Then the drones really never existed at all, did they?

    16. You can buy such drones in any shop with drones.
Also those drones were there on holidays.

Just like it wasnt the separatists definetly not under russian military control, definetly not in russian controlled area that shot down the MAF17

    18. Automatic_Artist_931 on

Of course they’re not Russian, just like Russians don’t shoot down passenger planes

    19. MithridatesVI_ on

Guess we can just bomb Russia and claim afterwards that there is no evidence of it happening, maybe even allude that the Russians are doing it to themselves

Why are we playing nice with someone who only knows deceptions, lies and dirty play?

    20. The rusian attack on Ukraine and the drones from Belarus that breached Polish airspace were intentional, make no mistake.

Right after the first post about the incident appeared, the comments were full, on all social media platforms, with profiles that had no pictures, no friends, no posts, no activity, saying „it must have been Ukraine that attacked Poland“.

These are rusian bots. They sent in a few drones, testing the Polish response, and pushed out the propaganda machine to try and change the minds of poles and people around the world by blaming Ukraine.

Romanian air space was also breached last night, and posts are full of the exact same comments. rusians must think we are restarted, but they are looking in a mirror.

    21. Shoot them down and say „don’t know who they belong to. If anyone got a problem, plase come and complain“

    22. Opposite-Chemistry-0 on

Ok so we keep shooting them down. Maybe when they are on Ukraine airspace. Oukkidoukki. No Russian drones harmed

    23. Hitler had a bit the same strategy at moments.

Just blatantly lie and repeat until enough people actually believe it.

    24. Honestly, that’s a great response. If the drones aren’t Russian then I guess they have no problem with Poland shooting them all down, sounds good to me.

    25. Financial-Dog-7268 on

Just in case anyone needed a remind you cannot trust a word the Russian Government says

    26. Russia: „No evidence those drones are russian“

Poland: „You wont mind if we shoot them down then?“

      Russia: shocked pikachu face

    27. biskutgoreng on

The drones told each other ‚No Russian‘ before they got into Poland airspace

    28. In that case maybe the next batch of mystery drones of unknown origin should appear in Russia.
