Another one bites the dust! Looks like this will be another rubber-stamping of a foreign takeover (I don’t buy this line about the combined company being headquartered in Van for one second). Notably, the last time Teck was under the threat of takeover the Trudeau govt signalled they were against it but I don’t expect a Carney govt to block this.
