      Trump is used to losing cases. He loses far more than he wins but he’ll never give someone else a win without giving them the maximum pain level he can inflict. If he’s going to lose, he wants his adversaries to feel it and create a deterrent to ever challenge him again. This is what Trump has done his entire life.
