Even if Dems unanimously vote for releasing the unedited files, they won’t have to enough votes. MTG, Massie and a few other Republicans who actually care won’t suffice. Meaning Reps will draw out til mid term elections. Republicans will still hold majority and Trump will still have control over the department which original purpose is to investigate this very case and prosecute.
Alternatively: pardon Ghislain Maxwell, she’ll cover for the perpetrators, case is closed.

I find Massie’s surprising commitment and courage in the face of GOP (Guardians of Pedophiles) obstruction of the truth to be a marginally hopeful sign. Hopefully, that will provide an example for any Republicans, whose current protection of Epstein co-conspirators is due solely to the fact that their fearless leader acts as if he swims in the foul Epstein sewage pool.
I have to believe that at least two (needed for signatures on the Epstein Files discharge petition) of the current GOP protectors must have reasons OTHER than to conceal their own responsibilities for pedophilic personal activities – perhaps with enough courage, their nearly dead instinct to despise rapists and traffickers will eek out a victory over loyalty to their political puppet master.
