      Russia has been able to evade sanctions over the past few years with the help of several neighboring countries. Are there sanctions that can actually impact them? The best approach would be to send more weapons to Ukraine so they can beat back Russia. Trump likes to talk about tariffs but those usually hurt US consumers instead of impacting Russia.
