First guy is trying to do too much. He’s in a decent firing position and he’s got some concealment, but he’s also trying to talk on the radio simultaneously, whipping the shiny antenna around and not concentrating on his job (observing the enemy and shooting high value targets).

He’s broke up his silhouette and has a snipers veil and everything else, but he’s whipping around a shiny object at speed.

Would be better off if the guy on the camera talked on the radio instead and he didn’t have to do two things at once.
