Ich habe mich gefragt, wie die allgemeine Meinung dazu ist. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich von diesem Ort höre, und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass niemand ihn nutzen möchte, aber meint ihr, er könnte sinnvoll genutzt werden?

If it’s for free I will definitely sign up to use it, put some money in it to clean it up and have a nice big house for free.
I always find it fiscally short-sighted when local governments get rid of real estate they own. They should probably demolish it and keep the land in public ownership just in case we need it down the line.
Nobody wants the villa. It is a listed building and may not be demolished or structurally altered. However, the owner would have to invest a lot of money to renovate everything and make it usable again.
I’d say they should keep it and make a WW2 museum out of it
