Hallo, ich weiß nicht, wo ich das fragen soll, also werde ich es hier fragen. Ich habe kürzlich 5 Tickets für Bobbejaanland auf der OHL Fanvoordelen -Website gekauft. Das Problem ist, dass wir 5 normale Tickets kaufen sollen, da wir keine Kinder haben, die klein genug sind. Die Sache ist auf der Fanvoordelen -Site. Der Preis des normalen Tickets entspricht dem Preis für das Kinderticket (wie Sie auf dem Bild sehen können). Deshalb haben wir es nicht dort mitgeteilt, wo Tickets für Kinder. Ist das ein massives Problem und/oder wie können wir das beheben?

Thanks for addressing the OHL helpdesk with your question. Have you considered going with 5 shaved dwarves acting as children?
I’m guessing there are ticket offices and info desks at the entrance where you can explain what happened and solve the issue.
Call them (Bobbejaanland) first thing in the morning. They will most probably have a team handling the ticket buying platform, and should be able to find your purchase. If they’re not dicks, they will reissue valid tickets for you and issue a refund.
But you have to call them; as you said, an email won’t be treated fast enough.
And if no luck with that method, go to the park and try at the entrance and explain your case. If someone competent and willing to help is there, once again, they will have access to the ticket buying platform (back office) and should be able to help you.
