Oh wow. Maybe if him and his ruling class fks actually paid their fair share we wouldn’t be in this mess.

Yes. And I don’t think the US will have a fair election in the next 20y. Meanwhile, the dems are having a nap. Gorgeous!

    3. Gee thanks, Ray. I guess they really weren’t doing all that gerrymandering down in Texas just for fun.

Meanwhile Dalio ran his hedge fund like an autocratic religious cult. So there’s that.

Yeah, duh. We all know. These billionaires are the last ones to see what’s been obvious to most people for a while now. And, once they see the problem, they mostly sit on the sidelines rather than doing much about it. Insane.

Trumpa Loompa does all the hard setup work for Peter Thiel’s Cabbage Patch Kid to take over.

We know Ray. You fight bad billionaires with good billionaires. We need some good billionaires to step up. Then we need to change the laws on lobbying and campaign finance.

Congress can vote to impeach. Call and go in person if you can. Be incessant and hit any issue but always bring it back to impeachment. This has to stop.

    9. I remember reading about the kooky dictator of Turkmenistan who, on a whim, banned any car that was not white from the capital. No one questioned him and everyone went along. To this day, only white cars are allowed in the capital Ashgabat.

Now we have a kooky president who, for some unknown reason, has a particular hatred for wind turbines. He is using the might of the federal government to make sure no in progress wind turbine projects are completed. Not only that, he is pressuring *other* countries to stop their wind turbine projects. No one questions him as to why he is doing such a nutty thing. There is no one else in the federal government — no cabinet secretaries or a blue ribbon committee that has advised him to do so. And yet, here we are.

If SCOTUS upholds his ‚ emergency tariffs ‚ , which have bypassed the legislature and the constitution , it will grant him unrestrained dictatorial powers. The constitution , judiciary and legislature will then become redundant.

If SCOTUS strikes down his tariffs then the loss of revenue from this , in conjunction with corporate tax cuts , will make the servicing of the national debt nigh impossible.

As the US enters what will likely be a deep economic recession , or worse , then overall tax receipts will shrink further and a debt crisis will lead to a flight of capital

All that can be done then to maintain US commitments is an enormous and unsustainable round of money printing and the national economy goes the way of Trump casinos.

Blame the Democratic Party all you want. But until there are massive protests and riots… nothing will happen.

Billionaire warns people about something many knew years before he took office. Hot take!
