Die japanischen und US -Regierungen haben am 4. eine gemeinsame Erklärung abgegeben, dass Japan und die USA zusätzliche 7 Milliarden US -Dollar pro Jahr für US -Energieversorgungen, einschließlich Flüssiggas (LNG) sowie 100 Boeing -Flugzeuge, einkaufen. Die jährliche Beschaffung von in den USA hergestellten Verteidigungsausrüstung und Halbleitern basierend auf dem Verteidigungsaufbauplan wird ebenfalls um mehrere Milliarden Dollar erhöht.
Am 4. traf sich Akazawa im US-Handelsministerium mit dem Handelsminister Lutnick und unterzeichnete ein Memorandum über Investitionen in Höhe von 550 Milliarden US-Dollar in die USA, die auf dem Japan-USA-Abkommen beruhen. Lutnick sagte: "Heute ist ein historischer Tag. Wir haben eine neue Ära in den Beziehungen zwischen Japan und den USA eingetreten."

Japan needs to move away from reliance on the US as quickly as possible.
Japan should have taken the route of canada, brazil, India, china… And just said „fk you“ to this carrot colored disaster. Instead they went the EU route.
