I’m for it if it doesn’t rise the price of food in Japan. Strongly against it if it does.
Would be better to allow tourists to use an app to find ingredients along with other information instead of having label.
Are they looking to benefit wholesalers? It seems odd that a company doesn’t know their market well enough to already have put themselves in a good position for export and higher profits.
Those in Japan will be in further competition with overseas demand. This will further drive domestic prices up. But I wouldn’t blame overseas buyers for polices made at home.
