      All this security guarantee talk in public just further incentivizes Russia to not agree to any peace deals that don’t get them 100% of what they want, which unless the ukrainian army completely collapses ukraine will not agree too, and that doesn’t seem to be happening. either wait till a peace deal happens, discuss this in classified meetings, or send troops now and tell russia if they continue nato will consider it an act of war.

      There’s only one country that sent troops without ceasefire -North Korea. Just give Russia the time and place when the troops will be deployed. If Russia continue to be the aggressor, they invite themselves to a larger conflict.

      This should have happened before the invasion but better late than never.
