Es deckt alle Wohnimmobilien in einer Nachbarschaft ab-ob sie zum Verkauf, gemietet oder in Eigentümer besetzt sind, sodass es den Gesamtmarktwert und nicht nur den jüngsten Umsatz widerspiegelt.

    Für jedes Viertel in Manhattan brechen die gestapelten Bars die Kosten für den Umzug der Schlafzimmerleiter aus: den Grundpreis eines typischen 1-Schlafzimmers, die zusätzlichen Kosten für einen 2-Schlafzimmer und dann den zusätzlichen Schritt, um einen 3-Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Die gestrichelte Linie zeigt die Gesamtkosten eines 3-Schlafzimmers und kombiniert alle drei Schichten.

      I would be interested to see price per square foot between the amount of bedrooms. I’m guessing the increased cost is because it’s a larger apartment and not the value of having another bedroom.

      Yep, the second bedroom in most cities costs twice as much. Third bedrooms are just unheard of unless you are talking high end places.

      It’s why unless you have some sort of rent control or subsidized housing assistance, it’s a pain in the ass to try to make a go of life in the central parts of any city once you have kids.
